Provision of loading, unloading and road logistics services for DB Cargo UK / Forterra Building Products to provide a turnkey logistics solution for the transport of powdered ash materials sourced from the Drax power station in East Yorkshire to a Forterra building products production facility near Reading in the South East of the UK where concrete blocks are produced for the UK construction market.
RFS utilises 45/31 size container / reach stackers, Isoveyer tanks and HGV units and skelly trailers, we have a project team of people who work around the clock 24/7 to ensure the time constaints of rail, along with the material requirements of the production facility are adhered to at all times. Utilising our FORS accreditation to monitor KPIs.
